Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds are accepted for damaged items and will be processed once we receive the damaged item back through the mail. For damaged items only, we will send you a return label via email.
Exchanges can be completed within 30 days, but this process begins only after we receive the item back in the mail. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the wrong item was sent to you by mistake.
All packages come with insurance. In the event of a loss, we will do our utmost to locate it and will reach out to USPS to assist in resolving the issue.
There are no refunds for commissioned art once the final work has begun and is completed. If canceled before I start, a fee of $30 is nonrefundable to cover my efforts in creating rough drafts and samples. In the event of damage, we will make every effort to repair and restore the item. Same goes for personalized Items.
